Impress Signature Seating provides premium seating and event furniture solutions for weddings, corporate events, celebrations, private gatherings, and special occasions.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Quotations & Bookings

• All quotations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Prices may vary based on event location, duration, quantity, and customization requirements.

Payments

• Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or agreement.
• Delayed payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.
• Outstanding balances must be settled within the agreed timeline.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery and collection schedules will be coordinated with the client.
• Clients must ensure adequate access to the venue for loading, unloading, installation, and dismantling.
• Delays caused by venue restrictions or client-side arrangements may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Ensure a safe and accessible venue environment.
• Protect rented furniture and seating assets from misuse, theft, or intentional damage.

Damage or Loss

The client shall be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the stage of booking and preparation.
• Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Impress Signature Seating shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
• Natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events.
• Venue-related issues affecting service delivery.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding elements, logos, and designs, remains the property of Impress Signature Seating and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Website Usage

Users agree not to:
